The
5-year-old male presented with a history of enuresis of 4 years,cough of 15
days,vomitting and diarrhea of 1 week. His enuresis
began from birth(of course it's normal for an infant)and his bed wet 5-6 times every night.It's difficult to awake
by his families in night.He didn't micturate more
frequent than normal children in daytime. His cough had begun 15 days piror to
his coming and his vomitting and diarrhea appeared 1
week before his coming.In auscultation we heard noise
of asthma. He was a fair fat boy who was fond of meat and fat food and had a
halitosis. He used to catch bronchitis and often
vomit and diarrhea because of improper bite and sup. We diagnosed the cause was heat in spleen and lung,and tuina points

Cough ,vomit and diarrhea ,and enuresis improved. But
after having harm one day,diarrhea turned serious. We changed points ,diarrhea
got better but enuresis turned worse. Because
clearing heat in spleen didn't work,we turned to clear the
