The
9-month-old female presented with a history of vomit, diarrhea and fever of 5
days. He was diagnosed as infantile diarrhea in the Third People's Hospital of
Liaoyang and IV droped for 5 days with no improvement. When she came she had a
light dehydrate with a fever of 39.2 centigrade. She vomitted shortly after her
drinking and passed stools frequently. According to the acute onseting and a
high fever,we deduced she had got a heat diarrhea. Selected points: Kneading
Xiaotianxin, Pushing-reinforcing Kidney Water, Push-clearing Tianheshui,
Push-clearing Xiaochang, Kneading Errenshangma, Parting-pushing yin and yang,
Reverse-arc-pushing Neibagua, Pushing Sihengwen, Pushing-clearing Dachang,
Nipping-kneading Tianshu and Shenque,etc .The first day her vomitting and fever
were gone and the times of passing stool decreased. Three days later she
resumed.
